At the same time, tools like CRMs and spreadsheets are static and manual. They store data, but don’t reason over it. Workflows exist separately, and automation is rigid, lacking the flexibility needed to adapt to new signals or evolving context.
I explored a system where structured data, agents, and workflows converge into a single layer. Sheets become a living source of truth, continuously enriched and evaluated by AI. Agents operate over that data, making decisions, generating outputs, and triggering workflows that execute work over time.
The result is a shift from managing data and automation separately to a cohesive system that reasons, updates, and acts continuously. Instead of static records and predefined flows, the system adapts, turning structured data into something AI can operate on reliably and at scale.
